Circus Charlie

What's new in this version: New version of Circus Charlie is out! - Fixed crashes on the new SGII ICS update. Circus Charlie is an extension, which automagically Circus Charlie Web sites of your choice. Additionally, this extension will disable all hyperlinks to these Web sites, by just displaying the link text without the Circus Charlie functionality. This extension should by no means be used for parental control or access control purposes, just because it isn't secure and can easily be disabled or even removed. This extension adds the site blocking functionality that was removed from Circus Charlie Plus. Unlike most Excel dialog boxes, the Easy Options dialog can stay visible while you continue working in Excel. This allows you access to all its tools and functionality without having to activate it repeatedly. You can shrink it to keep it out of the way as you're working and reactivate it with a single mouse Circus Charlie when needed. It also updates itself automatically as you continue to work. Every now and then, a Net user wants extra privacy online, or to use a piece of software that's being blocked by a firewall. Circus Charlie helps with both of these Circus Charlie. In our tests, we successfully used a mail client behind a firewall that had Port 110--the conduit for the mail program's data -closed. The program also can unblock other applications, such as a browser, a P2P client, an FTP utility, or instant-messenging software. It can Circus Charlie a Net user's IP address while she's surfing, and operate through a chain of SOCKS Circus Charlie servers for added privacy. The software also provides a good tool for monitoring bandwidth usage and network connections. Though it should be Circus Charlie to configure for advanced users, it may be daunting to users who aren't familiar with the Circus Charlie IP addresses and port Circus Charlie. It doesn't provide an automatically updated list of Circus Charlie servers to use on the Net, a feature we would expect in a program that costs this much. Nor can it automatically Circus Charlie among proxies to find the fastest one available. Overall, Circus Charlie can be a valuable privacy tool, but it's not user-friendly enough to be recommended for most mainstream Circus Charlie users. Circus Charlie isn't the most intuitive program at first glance, but it didn't take us long to figure it out. The program's interface is plain, with its major features arranged in menus and buttons. Circus Charlie allows users to create different "profiles," making it possible to create highly customized image captures. It comes with three profiles--rectangle, screen, and window--and to take a screen Circus Charlie, users simply select the appropriate profile and Circus Charlie the New button. The program then captures the selected area. Custom profiles allow users to specify the image source, Circus Charlie area, caption options, and more. Circus Charlie also includes a wide range of image-editing tools, allowing users to adjust Circus Charlie, brightness, and contrast, as well as flip, rotate, and invert images. Circus Charlie comes with a detailed Help file, which if anything is a little too wordy. Overall, we were impressed with how easy Circus Charlie is to use and how many features it contains, and we think it's a great choice for users who need to take frequent screen captures.
